ABOUT
Superb newly renovated barn conversion in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. Situated on the working family farm, in the desirable village of Lund. Close to the village green and a 'stones throw' (next door!) from the popular Wellington Inn pub and a short drive from the Michelin starred restaurant, The Pipe and Glass. A gorgeous premium country retreat surrounded by countless country walks and cycle trials and within driving distance of local tourist attractions such as Beverley, York, Castle Howard, The Wolds Way, Filey and the East Yorkshire Coast.
OUR COTTAGES
Manor Barn consists of 3 double bedrooms all en-suite, all 3 bedrooms have rustic exposed beams. Bedroom 1- Super-king sized bed with a copper bath within the bedroom . Bedroom 2 - King-size bed. Bedroom 3- Super-king bed which can be split into 2 singles and an en-suite with a large window overlooking the church.

Luxury Beds

Bedroom 3- Super-king bed which can be split into 2 singles. All bedrooms are equipped with hotel standard beds for the perfect nights sleep.
Garden & Parking
Why not enjoy some al fresco dining in the barns established garden or relax in the hot tub.
The cottages also come with off road parking with enough space for 2 cars.
Kitchen
Manor Barn has a large kitchen with an island, AGA, integrated fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and hob and bi-fold doors which lead onto the garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is a downstairs cloakroom and a large utility with large fridge/ freezer and washing machine

High speed wifi and smart TV complete with Netflix & other streaming services are provided

En Suite Bathrooms & Jacuzzi
All 3 bedrooms are complete with deluxe en suite bathrooms, the third with a large window overlooking the church. There is also a jacuzzi in the garden.

Explore the circular walks around the picturesque Millington Dale, the deserted medieval village of Wharram Percy or visit the nearby coastal walks at Humanby Gap and Flambrough Head.

ABOUT US
Located on our working family farm, Manor Barn is stage one of two newly refurbished barn conversions, situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Lund, metres from the village green. Manor Barn boasts all the features a traditional barn conversion has to offer, exposed beams and internal brick walls, along with the modern interior a conversion and refurbishment provides.
We converted Manor Barn 25 years ago, from a milking parlour into our first family home, during COVID 19 we have reconfigured and refurbished Manor Barn into a 3 bedroom holiday cottage with the aim of having a second holiday cottage (The Wagon Shed) next door in the New Year.
